Join the citywide celebration of current and future NYC greenways that promotes the diversity of our city’s public spaces for exercise, nature, and fun! Greenways Weekend will take place across the five boroughs on Saturday and Sunday, September 19 & 20, 2026, with events extending through the end of September.
Ride Queens 2026

Join QBPO for the inaugural Ride Queens, a community bike ride exploring Queens’ greenways and waterfront. The ride will offer two route options—12 and 25 miles—starting and ending at Flushing Meadows Corona Park, traveling primarily along the Eastern Queens Greenway and the future Queens Waterfront Greenway. Rider participation is aimed at 2,000. Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
