MEADOW SONG: An open-air performance of myth & music, from Irish folklore

September 19 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Don’t miss this magical evening in Greenway Botanical Garden at the Naval Cemetery! Resident artist Juju Lane presents a theatrical retelling of The Tale of Airmed’s Cloak, a poignant story of familial bonds and betrayal from ancient Irish mythology. With original music and site-responsive themes of botany & burial grounds, the tale reminds us of nature’s healing powers – and of what happens when we stray too far from the green. A rare opportunity to experience theater at this extraordinary venue, floating upon the boardwalk in the native pollinator meadow. Saturday, September 19, from 5:30pm-7pm; reception to follow the show.
